Givens Estates is hiring a full-time Maintenance Painter. We're looking for someone to be self-motivated, have an exemplary work ethic, an eagerness to learn, good communication skills, and be willing to work in extreme weather conditions. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Timely completion of preparation work and interior and exterior painting
  • Maintaining a list of needed supplies
  • Maintaining records of paint colors
  • Making your supervisor aware of any repairs needed on campus
  • Quick turnaround time for vacant units that are being remarketed

Added plus if the candidate has:

  • Previous experience as a professional painter
  • Previous experience providing maintenance services in a health care setting
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Relevant licenses and/or certifications

Compensation: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour based on skills & experience
