Givens Highland Farms is currently seeking a full time executive chef in the Dining Services Department. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct leadership, supervision, technical guidance, and support to the department. The preferred candidate will have 3-5 years experience in hospitality, multi-unit, medium volume food service operation or a similar field. Preferred candidates will also have knowledge of healthy dietary requirements and restrictions for senior adults, budget management experience, and Serve Safe & Sanitation certification. Certified Executive Sous Chef (CEC) or Certified Master Chef (CMC) is desired, a degree from an American Culinary Federation certified program is preferred.
