This position will be responsible for marketing effectively to diverse groups including hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians, etc. and working to generate new leads for health services admissions. This role will be responsible for all health services (Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing) sales and marketing duties both internally and externally resulting in filling beds/apartments. This role will be responsible for completing all necessary internal administrative admissions duties as it relates to the admissions/move-in process. This candidate will possess or be willing to develop a strong working knowledge of all senior care services as it relates to the medical, financial, and regulatory information to make independent admissions decisions. This position will create, maintain, and implement a health services marketing plan with appropriate teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across a broad range of departments and outside resources. The ideal candidate will embrace change, be nimble, flexible, and be skilled at prioritizing daily tasks with little to no supervision. The Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree. Sales and marketing experience preferred and will have exceptional computer skills. Experience working in long term care is preferred.
