Application Process

We've created a process to make your application and onboarding experience as easy and efficient as possible.

Our goal is to move the applicant process along, though some positions take longer to hire than others. Please be patient with us as we work through the process.  If you see multiple positions of interest, please apply to each one. 

  • Once you have completed your online application for the job you feel is the best fit, you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received. 
  • The hiring manager over that position will review your qualifications.  If your qualifications appear to be a match, the hiring manager will reach out to you to discuss the position further and schedule an interview. 
    • The interview may be conducted by phone, video, or through an in-person meeting.
    • Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete an assessment at some point during the interview process.
    • Have your professional references ready in case we ask for them.
  • Upon offer, successful candidates will be required to consent to a pre-employment substance screening (mouth swab), criminal background check and are required to provide payroll direct deposit information as a condition of employment.  

We are always accepting applications for positions in dining services (waitstaff, dishwashers, culinary staff), environmental services (housekeeping, floor care, laundry), and nursing (CNAs, LPNs, RNs).  However, there are times when we are fully staffed in these departments and are not actively interviewing. Applications will be held for a short time in case the need arises to hire for a position.
